Please upload the pupil’s personal statement (max 200 words) and poetry entry (max 40 lines) here.

Both pieces should be typed in a single Word document (we cannot accept PDF) using the following format:

The heading “Personal Statement”, followed by the pupil’s personal statement.
The heading “Poem”, followed by the poem’s title and the poem itself.

The document should be saved using the following naming format:

PupilName_YearGroup_PoemTitle

Example: NLT, Year 7, Poem Title
